This is a great healthy salad to make all year round I loved it.
I substituted regular bacon, and warmed the Catalina dressing in this recipe... very good salad. And will prepare this again... soon!
I added Shrimp and Artichoke hearts and made it into a main dish and it was yummy good! It beats having to put the oven on, on a very warm evening.
