This was really good and easy-used thawed frozen shredded hash browns and cooked until a little crispy-also used crumbled turkey sausage (1/2 bag Jimmy Dean) and it worked really well. Added the chesse the last 2-3 mins of the overall cooking time and we all loved it.
Made this for supper tonight with a few minor changes (omitted tomato and green onion; used white onion, swiss chard, broccoli combined in food processor first). It was good, but it needs salt in the has brown portion. Luckily, I added more seasonings than just the pepper to the egg part. Next time though-salt those has browns! too bland!
