  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Roll out pie crust to 10-inch circle on lightly floured surface; press into 9-inch tart pan.
  • Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle over prepared crust. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; stir in bacon. Pour over cheese in pastry shell; top with asparagus.
  • Bake 50 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Serving Suggestion

For a delightful brunch, serve this quiche with a seasonal fresh fruit salad.

Best of Season

If asparagus spears are thick, partially cook in boiling water 2 to 3 min. to soften slightly before using in quiche.

Special Extra

Cover edge of pie crust with strip of foil for the last 15 min. of the baking time to prevent it from browning too much.
