As if guacamole in all its rich, creamy deliciousness weren't enough of a crowd-pleaser, we've added bacon, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers.

what you need

 fully ripe avocados, mashed
 tomato, seeded, chopped, divided
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
 jalapeño pepper, seeded, chopped
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Make It

COMBINE 3 mashed fully ripe avocados, 1/4 cup chopped seeded tomatoes, 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing and 1 chopped seeded jalapeno pepper.

SPOON into serving bowl.

TOP with 8 crumbled cooked slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon and 1/4 cup chopped seeded tomatoes.

How to Select Avocados
Select avocados of uniform colors and free of cracks. Don't buy avocados with dark, sunken spots in irregular patches or cracked surfaces. It is best to buy avocados when they are firm. Then, place them in a brown paper bag and let them ripen at room temperature. Avocados should be just ripe, and should have a buttery consistency and a mild flavor.
Special Extra
Stir 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro into the guacamole before topping with bacon and tomatoes.
