  • Wrap bacon around water chestnuts; secure with wooden toothpicks. Place in shallow baking dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over water chestnuts.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Discard toothpicks before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.

Make Ahead

Water chestnuts can be wrapped with bacon ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before covering with dressing mixture and baking as directed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would double the water chestnuts & bacon & keep the sauce the same. I would double the water chestnuts & bacon & keep the sauce the same. It made a ton of sauce & I ended up throwing it out. It also made the bacon a bit soggy. I would try it again with 1/2 the sauce.
