 figs, cut lengthwise in half

slices  OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut crosswise in half

Make It

HEAT broiler.

SPREAD cheese onto cut-sides of figs; wrap with bacon, overlapping ends of bacon under figs. Place figs, cut-sides up, in shallow pan.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until bacon is crisp.

DRAIN on paper towels.

How to Tell When a Fig is Ripe
A ripe fig will be soft to the touch and may extrude a tiny bit of juice from the stem. To help retain the shape of the cut figs, cut the figs lengthwise in half through the stems.
