  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Add milk to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon; mix lightly.
  • Shape into 10x6-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with bacon, placing slices lengthwise over top of loaf and overlapping slices as needed to completely cover top of meatloaf.
  • Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until done (165ºF). Let stand 10 min. before removing from dish and slicing to serve.


Allowing the meatloaf to stand before slicing it helps to retain the juices in the cooked meatloaf.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked herbed mashed potatoes and steamed corn.

Special Extra

Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
