  • Bring water, vinegar and sugar to boil in saucepan. Combine carrots and onions in heatproof bowl. Add vinegar mixture; mix well. Let stand 30 min. to marinate.
  • Cook ground pork in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Spread cut sides of baguette with mayo; close baguette. Place on baking sheet. Bake 5 min.
  • Drain marinated vegetables; discard marinade. Fill baguette with marinated vegetables, cooked pork, ham, cheese, cucumbers and cilantro.
