  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix egg, bananas, MIRACLE WHIP and vanilla in large bowl until blended. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.


Prepare using toasted coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans.

Special Extra

Chop 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate; stir into batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.
