  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Moisten fish with water. Add, 1 piece at a time, to FRESH TAKE bag; lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of fish. (Fish will not be completely coated.) Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except avocados.
  • Serve fish topped with cucumber mixture and avocados.
