Rated 4 out of 5 by from I changed this recipe a lot. I changed this recipe a lot. I added quite a bit of chopped turkey to make it more of a main dish. I also used cheddar cheese instead of Mexican and added fresh spinach. The only problem was that it came out rather dry. I did notice that the amount of water called for in the recipe was more than was called for on the Stove Top box, and I used the lesser amount of water. Also, I'm sure the extra ingredients and not covering it in the oven dried it out. Next time I will use frozen chopped spinach, more water, and cover it for more moisture.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was pretty tasty. This was pretty tasty. I used spinache instead of brocolli. My husband thought it was a little bland, I thought it was good. I think we will make it again. It is a little much for just two people though.
