What You Need

cups  water

Tbsp.  margarine or butter
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
1
 egg, beaten
3/4
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

BRING water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

STIR egg and 1/2 cup cheese into stuffing mixture until blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

BAKE 20 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.

Special Extra
For a more rounded side dish, stir 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets or chopped cooked mixed vegetables into stuffing mixture before spooning into pie plate.
Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese.
