  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Pound each chicken breast to flatten slightly. Spread each breast with 1 tsp. mustard; top with 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice. Roll up to enclose filling; secure with toothpicks.
  • Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan. Dip chicken in egg, then into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove toothpicks before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Substitute

Substitute ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese for the Swiss cheese. Prepare as directed, spooning 1 Tbsp. blue cheese over ham on each chicken breast before rolling up.
