I have made this recipe many times, and always received rave reviews, and requests to make it again. I have purchased a box of corn flake crumbs, and usually use boneless chicken breasts.
I also tend to add a generous portion of grated parmesan cheese (not the canned one, although that works also), and then add the corn flake crumbs on top, and it always comes out perfectly and is one of my all-time favorite recipes. If I don't have corn flake crumbs, you can use seasoned bread crumbs or regular bread crumbs, but I highly recommend the corn flake crumbs (only buy them in a box, already crushed, as I don't have any cereal in the house). I would also take this dish to any pot-luck dinner...it is that outstanding!
