  • Mix crushed corn flakes, cheese and pepper. Brush chicken with mayo; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165°F).

Serving Suggestion

Add some sweet potatoes to the oven when you bake the chicken. Then, round out the meal with some steamed broccoli and a fruit salad.


Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.

    This is a great recipe that I have used with 4 people up to 20 and everyone loves it. I had it so many years ago and loved it when I was a child. I have picky eaters and this is a must make.

    Very delicious. I marinated it overnight and it tasted delicious. Looked just like it's picture and tasted even better.

    It was a nice change. I think next time I will try to cook it on a rack to raise it up out of the pan, so the bottom will maybe get crispy too. I added some garlic to it as well I liked that flavor in it.
