  • Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended. Pour over vegetables.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
