  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Drain pears, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Place pears in 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine dry pudding mix, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Add reserved pear juice and milk; beat with whisk 2 min. Pour over pears.
  • Toss nuts with remaining ginger and cinnamon in small bowl. Spray lightly with cooking spray; mix lightly. Sprinkle over pudding mixture.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Cool slightly.

Variation

Prepare using sliced canned pear halves.

Substitute

Prepare using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries to nut mixture before sprinkling over dessert and baking as directed.
