  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add tomatoes and chiles; mix well. Add prepared Dinners; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

Special Extra

Garnish with finely chopped cilantro just before serving.


For a milder flavor, prepare as directed, substituting 3/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers for the chopped poblano chiles.

    I thought this was really tasty. I made it with roasted red peppers instead of the poblanos. I served it alongside parmesan garlic bread also from this website. I would definitely make this one again.
