What You Need

 tilapia fillets (1 lb.)
1
tsp.  chili powder
2
 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2
small  red onion, thinly sliced
3
cloves  garlic, minced
1
 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2
cup  fresh cilantro
2
cups  hot cooked long-grain brown rice
1
 lime, quartered

Make It

HEAT oven to 450ºF.

PLACE fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chili powder. Top with tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers; drizzle with dressing.

BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, topping with cheese for the last 5 min.

SPRINKLE with cilantro. Serve with rice and limes.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Note
For less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeño pepper, then finely chop the pepper before using as directed.
Substitute
Prepare using your favorite fish fillets, such as cod, pollock or salmon, adjusting the baking time as needed.
