Baked Onion Dip

I've used this since seeing it on box of triscuits - DELICIOUS if you add crab to it!

1 cup dip or 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 15 crackers each

What You Need

1
Tbsp.  margarine
1
large  sweet onion, finely chopped
1/3
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley
1/2
tsp.  hot pepper sauce
 TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Quattro Formaggio

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.

MIX mayo, cheeses, parsley and pepper sauce. Stir in onions. Spoon into small baking dish.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute
Prepare using WHEAT THINS Original Snacks or TRISCUIT Thin Crisps.
Make Ahead
Mix dip ingredients as directed; refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed increasing the baking time as needed until dip is heated through.
Variation
This dip is also delicious served chilled. Mix ingredients as directed but do not bake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
