Baked Pasta Carbonara

What You Need

3
cups  rigatoni pasta, uncooked
4
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1
cup  frozen peas
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Return to pan.

ADD cream cheese, peas, sour cream and 1/2 cup FRESH TAKE; mix lightly.

SPOON into 2-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining FRESH TAKE.

BAKE 15 min. or until top is lightly browned.
