  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Make 6 to 8 diagonal cuts in top of each potato, being careful not to cut through to bottom of potato.
  • Place potatoes on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread potato slices apart slightly with your hand while drizzling 1 Tbsp. dressing over each potato.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

Substitute

Substitute KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.

    We did not like this. The potatoes did not fan out well and there was not a lot of flavor. Will not make this again.

    I cut one potato widthwise, the other lengthwise. The longer one tasted better. I'm going to try this again with fewer cuts.
