Baked Potato Fans

These pretty, fanned baked potatoes, flavored with sun dried tomato dressing and grated Parmesan cheese, are a delicious addition to any meal.

What You Need

small baking potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MAKE 6 to 8 diagonal cuts in top of each potato, being careful not to cut through to bottom of potato.

PLACE potatoes on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread potato slices apart slightly with your hand while drizzling 1 Tbsp. dressing over each potato.

BAKE 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

Substitute

Substitute KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.

We did not like this. The potatoes did not fan out well and there was not a lot of flavor. Will not make this again.

I cut one potato widthwise, the other lengthwise. The longer one tasted better. I'm going to try this again with fewer cuts.

I attempted to make this recipe, and even let the potatoes bake for over an hour, but they came out raw. I had to throw the potatoes away. i wasnt happy with this recipe.

Not only did they make a huge mess by splattering all over my newly cleaned oven, but they didn't even taste good. Too bad the good looks weren't backed up with good taste.

after reading several comments from others about the problem they had with them not being cooked after following the cooking time, I cut lots of slices so they were nice and thin. They were finished before the timer went off and were delicious! Even my 5 yr old (who usually refuses to eat the potato skin) ate an entire potato - skin and all!

I don't know if I did something wrong, but I baked these potatoes for a really long time (over an hour) and they weren't even close to being done. I had to throw them out and make something else.

after reading over the comments i decided to pour on a little more then a tbsp and let them Marinade before cooking... we loved it as a nice change from baked potatoes. With the extra dressing added no butter was needed!
