Baked potatoes receive a flavorful kick when crowned with a make-ahead sour cream topping seasoned with green onions, cilantro and cumin.

What You Need

medium  baking potatoes
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3
 green onions, chopped
1
Tbsp.  minced cilantro
1/2
tsp.  ground cumin

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender.

MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

SPLIT potatoes. Serve topped with the sour cream mixture.
