Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally Awesome! Totally Awesome! By far my favorite salmon right now. Even better than restaurant. I use 3 fillets and bake for 15 mins. I coat the top of the fillets with just the dressing from the bottle. I prepare double the salsa and set it aside. Then right before serving, I microwave it for 25 seconds, just to warm it a bit. Then spoon it over the fillets. The salsa is very, very flavorful and fresh tasting. WE LOVE IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am always looking for new ways to prepare salmon. I am always looking for new ways to prepare salmon. This is great. I do prefer to make more of the black olive salsa than is called for, and to cook the salmon for a little less time. It is also wonderful done on a piece of foil on a BBQ grill. Great! A real crowd pleaser. Can even be done completely wrapped in foil and thrown on and camp fire burned down to just coals for the cooking time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A gourmet meal! A gourmet meal! I followed the advice of another reader and coated the top of the fillets with just the dressing and added the salsa before serving. It was fabulous and beatiful. This would make a great company dish. My husband said the salsa was so good that he could eat it on anything.

I did too, but thought it needed some salt and pepper added to the salmon before putting on the salsa. My husband said he thought the salsa was a bit too much and would have preferred his just with some Adobo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have this often. We have this often. We even make it on the grill! Just spray some heavy aluminum foil with Pam and prepare as indicated. We grill it about 20-25 minutes. The dressing is a great find...I now use it in many other recipes. Good and Healthy - WOW

I substituted anaheim chili for the green peppers and because I live in Arizona and it's already hot, I grilled the salmon. This dish was lovely; a beautiful presentation that tasted better than it looked. We're keeping this recipe!

This was our Thanksgiving meal this year...I marinated the salmon in lime & basil and threw some sun-dried tomatoes and dill on the top. It turned out delicious. The salsa too was excellent - full bodied taste. Good combination!!
