This was so delicious! I was so impressed. I couldn't find the vinaigrette so I used their Roasted Red Pepper salad dressing and mmmmm it was so delicious. I only wish I would of made more :) Also, my spinach was a little dry but that was probably an error on my fault.
We try to eat salmon weekly. This is a new favorite! Hubby told me it's his new favorite of all the salmon we've made! Good stuff, easy prep and simple ingredients!
