Made this simple dish a few nights ago and it was amazing. I followed this recipe step by step along side my 11 year old step daughter and it was a smash hit in my house. It also helps that it was both super healthy and super tasty, as it was my first time cooking Salmon and my boyfriend is a rather picky eater. Alas, they both wolfed it down and he even took some with him to work the next day. my advice? Make this dish, NOW!
