We love this method of preparing salmon and do it regularly. My DH is in charge of ****** this and he always adds more spinach and mushrooms! The only trouble we have is that the dressing is difficult to find at times---when I see it in the store, I purchase a couple of bottles.
Followed recipe except tomatoes. I used a can of mild Rotel tomatoes. Family LOVED it.
