  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix dressing, juice concentrate and chili powder in shallow dish.
  • Dip chicken in dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Place in single layer in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard dressing mixture.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F); sprinkle with onions and nuts.

Use Your Grill

Coat chicken with dressing mixture as directed; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Sprinkle with onions and nuts.

I marinated the chicken for a couple of hours in the sauce because others had commented that it was bland. It wasn't bad while we ate it, but it certainly wasn't anything to write home about. I found it had a strange aftertaste, though that stayed with me for a while. I threw the recipe out later that night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not too spicy. Not too spicy. Just enough to leave a little nip on your tongue. I substituted onion powder for the onions as my husband says he doesn't like them. He really enjoyed it. I served it with the Golden Parmesan Potatoes. Great meal.
