  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Set shells aside.
  • Mash potato flesh. Add butter, juice, sugar and cinnamon; beat until fluffy. Spoon into potato shells; top with cheese. Place in shallow pan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with nuts.

Gently squeeze the potatoes with a pot holder or kitchen towel to test for doneness. Potatoes should give slightly to the pressure. Let potatoes stand in the closed microwave for 5 min. before removing from the microwave.
