I made this for Thanksgiving. Very easy to make. Turned out wonderful. I thought it might be too sweet, but it was not, just sweet enough!

What You Need

lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cubed

1/2

cup hot milk

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened

Tbsp. brown sugar

JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until tender; drain.

MASH potatoes. Add milk, cream cheese and sugar; beat until fluffy. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with marshmallows.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Make Ahead

Assemble recipe as directed but do not top with marshmallows. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, top with marshmallows and bake as directed.

Delicious! I get asked to bring this dish not only every Thanksgiving, but for many other occasions during the year as well. Very easy to make too

I love how my mom made sweet potatoe but i never made it because it did not taste the same until i saw this recipe. i took it on thanksgiving morning to my mother-in-law reunion. everyone like it! i love the taste, thank you.

I am not the worlds greatest cook but this recipe is very simple so I new I couldnt mess it up...BUT...it was a huge DUD for a Dish at our Thanksgiving Dinner....I was super disappointed.

Next time I will mix some marshmallows in with the sweet potatoes. I think they got a little too hard on top and the two layers were difficult to mix together.

I used canned sweet potatoes and it turned out really good. Everyone loved it even the kids!
