This icing goes great with BAKER'S 225th Anniversary Cake.
Recipe makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, top and sides of 13x9-inch cake or tops of 3 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers.
If refrigerating frosting for more than 1 hour, let it stand at room temperature 20 min. before beating as directed.

This frosting was wonderful. I usually make buttercream frosting, but this was a very nice change. You have to follow the directions for it to come out perfectly.
Very good! Used on a peanut butter cake - delicious!
