Size Wise

The smoky bacon adds a savory twist to this special-occasion sweet treat.

Cooking Know-How

Since a glass baking dish conducts and retains heat better than a metal pan does, always reduce the oven temperature by 25ºF when baking in a glass baking dish.

How to Store

Store cut brownies in tightly covered container at room temperature.

Made this for a bacon/beer party. It was a HUGE HIT! Was the 2nd most popular dish, 2nd only to my bacon meatballs. These are rich, so cut them small as pictured. They did take about 15 minutes longer to cook than the recipe called for, so be sure to check for doneness before pulling them out of the oven. Was a perfect dessert for my bacon/beer party.
