My family enjoyed this cake. It was a little dry, but I think it was from over mixing. I would definitely try this recipe again.
I made this as a two layer cake but it did not rise enough. It was similar to a pound cake consistency without the rise. I did make the cream cheese frosting along with this as well. I would experiment with this recipe again, maybe adding some baking powder.
