BAKER'S Chocolate Fondue Recipe

What You Need

1

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/2

cup freshly brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee

1

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

COOK ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

SERVE warm with assorted fresh fruit, NABISCO Cookies, pound cake cubes and/or pretzels.

Substitute

Substitute milk for the coffee.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter or seedless raspberry jam to the melted chocolate mixture; stir until well blended.

Substitute

Prepare using BAKER'S White Chocolate.

Awesome with or without the coffee. It goes with anything that chocolate goes with, even sugar cookies

Wonderful - used 1/4 cup coffe and 1/4 cup cream - everybody loved it - and so easy!!

This was awesome!! Everyone loved it at my party. I served it with bannanas strawberries pound cake, brownies and ladyfingers. Best with brownies & strawberries.

This was so good, and so easy. I made everything right in my fondue pot. The coffee did thin it out a bit, but after cooking for a while, it thickens right up. The longer it was in the pot, the better it was! I will definitely make this again.

I loved this recipe but discovered you really don't even need to add the coffee...it thins it out to much. If you still want to add it, because it did give it a nice "mocha" flavor, add less at first, until you get the consistency you like. This was the best chocolate fondue I ever had!

I added the Raspberry Jam to the Chocolate and WOW did that give it the extra zing for a different twist on chocolate fondue! A hit! Karen - Morinville AB - 20 July 2004
