I've made these twice, once for work and once for family, and both times have been a HUGE success! No one can believe it's this easy. I actually double the recipe for the top chocolate layer, though, as I find it's hard to cover the whole thing with the original measurements. And I add green food coloring and top with Andes Baking chips.
