  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Melt 6 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Mix sugar, flour, 1/4 cup milk and eggs until blended; stir in melted chocolate. Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
  • Beat pudding mix and remaining milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over dessert. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over pudding layer. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A dessert that looks so good - was a flop for me After reading the reviews from previous bakers, I was excited to try this dessert. Well for me, it was a flop. The mousse was to gritty. It tasted like you were eating sugar granules. Also, did not enjoy the cake part of the dessert. It was to dense. I will retry this recipe though since it was a hit with other bakers.

I tried one while it was still warm and it was pretty bad, but once very chilled it's a great dessert. my fiance loves them! also to be a bit different I used devil's food cake pudding mix :)

I cut sugar to 1/4 and in the future would NOT use all the sweetened condensed milk; half would suffice. Other than less sweetners, it was a quick, tasty and satisfying treat for the chocolate lover.
