Prepare batter as directed; pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 55 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan. Frost as desired.
Prepare as directed, substituting freshly brewed double-strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, at room temperature, for the water.
To melt chocolate on the stove top, place chocolate and butter in heavy 3-qt. saucepan; cook on very low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Continue as directed.
Prepare and bake as directed, increasing flour to 2-2/3 cups and water to 1-3/4 cups.
