Mixed with chocolate chunks and pecans, these yummy coconut macaroons are so easy even a novice baker can pull them off. (Tip: They make great gifts!)

What You Need

pkg.  (14 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1
cup  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
1
cup  chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
1/3
cup  plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/8
tsp.  salt
1
can  (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2
tsp.  vanilla

Make It

MIX coconut, chocolate chunks, pecans, flour and salt in large bowl. Add condensed milk and vanilla; stir until well blended. Drop by level tablepoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets.

BAKE at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks.

How to Toast Nuts
Spread nuts in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
