  • Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add nuts and vanilla; mix well. Spread into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Prepare using low-fat or fat-free sweetened condensed milk.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Omit nuts. Prepare fudge and spread into pan as directed. Immediately drop 1/2 cup peanut butter by teaspoonfuls over fudge; swirl with knife several times for marble effect. Refrigerate as directed.


Fudge refrigerated longer than 2 hours may be too firm to cut. Let stand at room temperature about 30 min. to make cutting easier.
