Truffle mixture softens quickly, so when rolling, only remove about 1 dozen truffles from refrigerator at a time. If truffles soften too much to roll, return to refrigerator until firm.

everyone loved these and it was so easy to make
I did not care for this recipe. It tasted like I was eating bland cream cheese. Certainly not worth the calories. I would recommend that anyone try the recipe before serving it to company, just to make sure you like it.
Incredibly easy. I have also substituted chocolate or strawberry Cool Whip for the french vanilla Cool Whip and strawberry or other flavored cream cheese for the regular cream cheese. Very versatile recipe.
