BAKER'S® ONE BOWL Fudge Frosting

Ready in just minutes, this fudgy chocolate frosting will turn even the simplest cake or cupcakes into an extra-special treat.

3 cups or about 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

What You Need

pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
pkg.  (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
cup  (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
tsp.  vanilla
cup  milk

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 5 min. or to room temperature.

ADD sugar, butter and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.

GRADUALLY add milk, beating until well blended. If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk by teaspoonfuls until of desired spreading consistency. Use to frost your favorite cake or cupcakes.

Recipe makes enough frosting to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, tops and sides of 13x9-inch cake, tops of 3 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers or 24 cupcakes.
