What You Need

1-1/2

pkg. (12 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/3

cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

1/3

cup coarsely broken HONEY MAID Honey Grahams

1/3

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet or tray.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Break into 10 pieces. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

Omit peanuts, grahams and marshmallows. Melt chocolate as directed; stir in 1 cup crushed peppermint candies. Spread onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate and break into pieces as directed.

This came out awesome! I didn't have the mini marshmallows so I cut up a few big marshmallows and I actually melted them a bit with the chocolate. The chocolate ended up being more gooey, but it was nice b/c there were still little bits of marshmallow throughout. I loved the graham crackers. They added such a nice texture. Instead of regular peanuts I used cashews....very good! I will definitely make this again. I will also try the substitute w/ the peanut butter...I wanted to try that as well, but I ran out of chocolate :) Next time...definitely!!!

My whole family loved it when I brought it to dinner. We used it as a snack while we were preparing our meal. But the best part was that this recipe gave my four year old daughter and I a chance to prepare something together. She was so proud to tell everyone that she had made them. We used all the variations and they were great. We can't wait until the next get together to do it again.

As soon as I saw this recipe, I knew I had to save this in my recipe box. The photo looks yummy enough to eat! I love Chocolate and am a Chocoholic. So this is certainly one that I will try and try and try again! Thanks for submitting it!
