BAKER'S White Chocolate-Peppermint Bark

You don't need to be a master candymaker (or even own a candy thermometer) to make this super-easy BAKER'S White Chocolate-Peppermint Bark.

What You Need

pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate
cup  crushed hard peppermint candy
drop  peppermint extract
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

STIR in crushed candy and extract.

SPREAD into thin layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; sprinkle with coconut.

REFRIGERATE 30 min. or until firm. Break into small pieces.

How to Crush Peppermint Candies
It takes about 50 peppermint candies to make the 1 cup crushed candies needed to prepare this recipe. Place desired number of candies in resealable plastic bag. Close bag and crush candies with a rolling pin, mallet or hammer. Or, process in a food processor using pulsing action.
