Heat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture. Top chicken with roasted peppers and cheese. Broil 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve as directed.
Drizzle cooked chicken with 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar glaze before serving.
