Excellent green bean recipe! Made these for Easter with the whole family and even the non-green bean lovers enjoyed them.
I definitely recommend toasting the almonds first, gives it the extra crisp, crunchy flavor. And although it doesn't mention covering the beans, I did and I think it helped.
I also did not have the dressing, but I used aged balsamic vinegar and it was delicious still - just enough flavor.
These will definitely become a staple in our family.
