  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place bacon in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Bake 15 min. or until crisp. Cool completely.
  • Brush bacon lightly with vinegar; cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.

Note

If the basil leaves are large, use kitchen shears or sharp knife to cut them into smaller pieces.

Substitute

Use DI GIORNO Shaved Parmesan Cheese or prepare with a chunk of KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, using a potato peeler to shave the cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with a light drizzle of additional balsamic vinegar.
