  • Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove from grill; cover.
  • Let stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

My husband dredded having this meal because he said flank steak is a really tough and bad cut of meat. But I talked him into it anyway and we both loved it. We marinated the meat for 3 hours before cooking it and it turned out delicious! Very tender and flavorful. We were both pleasantly suprised and we ate every bite! We'll definitely have it again!

I am grilling the Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak recipe this afternoon for the second time. Following the directions exactly as indicated made it a huge success at our home. It was juicy, tender and extremely flavorful. Ummm, can't wait for more!!

The only suggestion I make is to cook it for 8 minutes on each side rather than 5 on each side. Other than that, the steak was so tender and juicy!

Sometimes I add 1/2 cup of A1 sauce to the marinade along with some chopped garlic. Even my 10 year old loves this meat! Even as a leftover it is still juicy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! My husband and I really enjoyed the steak. I marinated the flank steak over night which I think added more flavor. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is cause it was a little difficult to cut.
