Made this recipe for my husband, 4 year old, and 19 month old. The kids really liked it, but the adults thought it was pretty bland. I probably won't make it again.

My husband loves balsamic. And I have had balsamic chicken at different restaurants so decided to give this one a try since it seemed so easy. I didn't have any dijon though so I substituded Mustard powder. It turned out very nice and it was very moist. The rice though didn't seem to go and that part seemed bland, I would suggest serving it with something more flavorful than plain white rice. I will definately make this one again.
