  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix eggs and bananas in large bowl until blended. Add sugars and applesauce; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove bread from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Special Extra

Chop 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate coarsely. Stir into prepared batter along with the nuts before pouring into prepared baking pan and baking as directed.
